Daniel Wagner - Latest update 18-3-09
Daniel Wagner www.myinternetmarketingtutor.com. Well where do I start, Eileen and I spent three days, listening and working with Daniel, at the end of which both he and we deserved a medal for endurance along with his excellent support staff and the other students.
Now you may ask what has internet marketing got to do with buy to let?
Well first of all the our Location Page Consultants all need their own web site to link to, plus an email address of you at your own domain massively increases your credibility over you at gmail or some other such email provider, plus, if you are wanting to market any particular aspect of buy to let or buy to flip then a web site, with a "squeeze" page (see below) will definitely help you on your way

We attended Daniel's 3-day course in Richmond, London, March 6-8 2009.
The Score:
- Course Content - Excellent
- Delivery - Excellent
- Workbook - Excellent
- Location & Directions - Excellent
- Room - Good +
- Catering - Coffee,Tea, Water Only
- Accuracy of Web Site Copy - Excellent
- Probable Accuracy of Web Site Testimonials - Excellent
So what was covered? Briefly, and I quote from Daniels's webs site or "Opt In" page to give it it's technical title or even "squeeze" , see even I can get techie now!
"Discover The Little Known 4-Step-System Literally ALL Successful Companies Use To Make Their 7 Figure Income Online - In Just One Day."
And we did, except we spent 3 days on it. You could spend one day and provided you had at least some grounding in web sites, how they work and how you promote them then maybe.
Because the fundamentals could certainly be covered in one day but that would leave the likes of me with a lot of reading to do, a lot of practise to carry out and a swear box that would rapidly fill out of sheer frustration!!!
I can't say that I am very conversant with what and how to do things on the Internet other than punch a word or phrase into Google and wait for the results. I know what I want to see on my web site and some idea of how I want the navigation to work, that is what button to press and where it takes you to for the non-techies. How you write or develop it defeats me and always has. So I look for an expert. And I like my site, understandably, and this site was and continues to be developed by Daren Pledger, also an affiliate!
Back to Daniel Wagner, other courses out there may cover similar ground, given that, to sort of quote Daniel, 4-step-system used by ALL successful companies, but the combination of Daniel, his presentation style, his assistants, all six of them, the course content, pace and patience that they all exercised could not be bettered.
This course was a complete eye opener and even though Daniel packed in as much as possible given that there were about 40 of us to look after, each with our own computer generously provided by Daniel, I was aware at 5pm on Sunday when Daniel finally, thankfully, brought proceedings to a close that we really had only scratched the surface!
The only thing that marred an almost perfect, exhausting weekend, and there always has to be something, was that the web bandwidth, and now I am getting technical, could not cope with 40 computer accessing at the same time from the same room, suffice to say the problem was resolved and from Saturday onwards we were all flying together.
Each step has, of course, a number of elements all of which need to be understood and either acted upon or carried out from registering a Domain Name for your chosen Niche through getting your Domain "hosted" then on to Creating an "Opt In or Squeeze" page such as Daniel's own page with a method of automatically replying to enquiries and designing and understanding the value of Google Adwords, a science in itself, and on again to creating a "Blog", loading photographs or videos, writing Ebooks, interviewing "Experts" and so it goes on and on and on.
What didn't we cover? To be honest I don't know. I know that we didn't cover many of the elements in enough detail but there simply wasn't enough time over the three days.
Most of you will have learnt to drive a car and be able to safely negotiate the public roads, if you fancy going out and making sense of a race track such as Silverstone than it will be back to school to learn the art of breaking properly to take one example and this course was very similar in many ways.
To continue with the analogy, we got round the track once, we stopped at a number of the corners and understood some of the finer elements and that took all of the three days with reduced time both for coffee/tea & lunch breaks.
At the end, 5pm Sunday afternoon we were all packed off with a load of books & DVD's which I have yet to go through so another report will follow this one.
On the Sunday afternoon Daniel spent about an hour talking about his other more advanced products which could be bought on the day at a special price. It all made sense and we signed up for further assistance. Most of the hour was the result of student questions extending the time and there was no hard sell!
This guy knows his subject inside, outside, upside, downside & backwards and is able to explain it and make it work for Dummies cos I was one such dummy before this course. At least now I have some idea what all the techies are talking about and, with a bit of practice, may even get a lap under my belt going solo.
Great course, great value, great fun, great investment and this report does not do the weekend justice! Can I say more other than we are affiliates and proud to be so.
More will follow on Daniel Wagner, that I promise you.
Update March 10th 2009.
Eileen suddenly remembered all the signups we had made on the web with GoDaddy, Hostgator etc, one of which was Google Adwords. This had been set up as part of the course to practice using Adwords but was left still running and costing if not cancelled. We duly cancelled our accounts but we really should have been prompted to do so by Daniel. Small point, but just took a bit of shine off the whole experience!
