We offer three 1-day workshops at the moment that are delivered in Oxford, at a conference centre with parking, starting at around 9am and finishing at about 5pm. The workshops are intentionally intensive and restricted to a maximum of 25 students, the more students that attend any training course results in less subject material being covered due to an increase in the number of questions.

We try and keep our costs competitive @ £147.00 per person or £247.00 per couple who can be unrelated, both inc VAT. Why so cheap, well most of our students go on to become clients of ours in other areas of their investment strategy afterwards and we also want them to have some money left for actual investments!

This cost includes a workbook covering the subject matter of the day, light refreshments through the day and a sandwich style lunch.

This course arises out of the Master Class as part of any strategy because you can use refitted property to eliminate the tax liability on your rental income and also increase your profits by taking advantage of your annual CGT exemption.

Advance costing of the refit works inc 10-year performance projection
